Landscape Excellence ("we," "us," "our") operates this website to share information about our landscaping and lawn care services in the Rochester, NY area and to let visitors request a free quote. We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not collect any information automatically when you simply browse the pages.
We use the information you submit only to respond to your quote request, discuss your project, and schedule an estimate or service if you decide to work with us. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking first.
Our contact form is processed by a third-party service, FormSubmit, which emails your submission directly to our inbox at landscape.excel@gmail.com. FormSubmit does not require an account and does not store your submission on our behalf beyond what's needed to deliver that email. We recommend reviewing FormSubmit's own privacy policy if you'd like more detail on how they handle form data in transit.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties except the form processor described above, which is required simply to deliver your message to us.
We keep quote request emails for as long as reasonably needed for our business records and to follow up on your project. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing landscape.excel@gmail.com or calling (585) 721-5383. We'll respond as quickly as we can.
This site and our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
